formulated with no fragrance or alcohol, this serum will treat acne, blackheads, and clogged pores without drying out or irritating your skin. in addition to probiotics, not a drill relies on:

1.5% salicylic acid: a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) from willow bark, penetrates so deeply into the skin it dissolves skin debris that clog pores, and acts as an anti-inflammatory to reduce red inflamed pimples and pustules. in decongesting skin, it helps reduce excess oil.

1% hyaluronic: a sugar molecule, helps to bind water to collagen, trapping it in the skin, so that skin can appear plumper, dewier, and more hydrated. a must for acne-prone skin, as it typically doesn’t have a very strong lipid barrier.

blueberry extracts: loaded with vitamins A, C and E, work to promote cell turnover while firming, tightening, and soothing the skin. they also contain resveratrol, which can help keep acne at bay while preventing sun damage and subsequent premature ageing.

orange blossom: we swapped distilled water for orange blossom water due to its rich anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties.

allantoin & aloe vera: relieves irritation and locks in that moisture! it has your skin’s back by calming it and supporting its natural barrier function.

if you’re new to BHAs, use 3 times a week before building up to daily usage. use after your cleanser and toner, and gently pat 2-3 drops of serum onto your skin. use it in the morning and evening, on your face or chest.

extra tip: you can also massage it into your scalp to reduce itchiness and gently exfoliate and remove excess buildup, flakes and oil.

scent/ smells mostly like sweet floral scents from the orange blossom water. not gonna lie, the lab almost quit, trying to neutralise the smell of ingredients in the formula without adding any fragrance, essential oils or weird brews. but we made it through!

not a drill is no longer red as we removed the red berries infusion to guarantee stability over time and extend its shelf life. this means, it’s also unscented now. the smell only comes from the ingredients (like orange blossom water) in the formula.

we also swapped distilled water with orange blossom water, making the formula even more potent. Harriet, our accountant, was definitely not happy about this one. Nothing a lifetime of great skincare supply can’t fix though!
